City Mortuary

The City Mortuary is located along Ngong road near the Mbagathi way roundabout opposite KMTC. The mortuary is for all Kenyans who want to preserve their loved ones before burial. The mortuary is divided into two different sections; private and public. The private section incurs a charge of 500/- per day whereas the public section incurs a cost of 300/- per day for body preservation. You can preserve the body at the mortuary for upto 10 days for the normal charge. After the 10 days and extra cost is incurred. The fee is; private 700/- ksh and public 400/-ksh.

The Process is as follows,

1. Go to the City Mortuary
2. Book space for body
3. Bring-in the body for preservation
4. The body is tagged
5. Preservation
6. Charges
