Restaurant, Eating House or Snack Bar Licence
This License is a legal requirement for anyone who deals with food. The license is obtained from City hall, Chief Public Health office, 3rd floor room 353. To qualify for this license one must adhere to the regulations stipulated under the By-Laws. They must also provide medical certificates for all workers and provide a copy of the previous license (if it is a renewal). The process takes a maximum of 10 working days from the day of application before the license is issued and is valid for 1 year.
